I'm Vladimir — I lead a development cluster at Innotech (T1 Group) on the VTB project, also known as DPUPP (Director of Project Portfolio Management). I'm fully responsible for generating pre-approved personalized offers for bank clients — real-time and batch platform, graph analytics, ML/NER services, geo-analytics. I went from a financial analyst at Nestle to an IT leader who designs solutions as CTO, defends strategy before top management, and builds his own products.

Started as a senior analyst. In 2023, became IT lead of the graph platform, merged teams into a BigData cluster. From October 2023, built a real-time solutions team from scratch. In 2025 — head of the pre-approved personalized offers cluster at VTB: real-time and batch decision engine, graph platform, geo-analytics, ML/NER services. Led the tech guilds initiative under CTO oversight. Defended strategic transformation projects before C-level executives.
