I'm an IT leader and cluster head at Innotech (T1 Group), working on VTB projects. I build real-time and batch platforms for banking offers. Speaker at HighLoad++, Analyst Days, Saint HighLoad++. Author of the @it_underside channel.

I lead the pre-approved personalized offers development cluster at VTB through Innotech (T1 Group). I progressed from a finance analyst at Nestlé to an IT leader — I design high-load solutions, defend strategy before C-level executives, and build my own products. I regularly speak at leading IT conferences on real-time system architecture, AI in engineering processes, team building, and tech guilds. BMSTU graduate. I'm developing Digital Artel, a new type of IT cooperative.
